This company charges very expensive 3rd party charge for my 12 year old's cell phone. Minor child should not be allowed to subscribe such service without parental consent, he wanted the text messages to stop but he did not know what to do, therefore he simply turned his phone off. This type of service is not intended for children, and should not be activated by children. I kindly asked to remove all the charges incurred for this number since the time the service started until it stopped. But customer service was very rude.
