Horrible company to deal with

On February 14, 2005 I ordered a Motorola V400 for $378.92 after taxes via Tiger Direct's phone order system. Upon ordering, the customer sales rep, told me that it was in stock and would be there by the end of the week.

At the end of the week, I called back and he said that it was going to be shipping out that day and should arrive Wednesday. I thought, ok, thats not too bad. So Wednesday comes around and still no phone, so I call back. After arguing with the customer sales rep for around 1 hour, I demanded to speak to the manager. Upon talking to the manager, the customer sales rep told him that he had NOT told me it was in stock AND told him that he had NOT told me it would be there by the end of the week.

After arguing with the manager for another hour, he finally agreed to give me express shipping for free (yippee:/). But, added the icing on the cake by telling me that no phones would be shipping out until the 28th (the following monday). So I swallowed the irritation and decided to wait.

February 28th comes around and I call them to see if they have a tracking number for me... Figures that my phone hasen't even shipped out yet and now he's telling me it's coming from Miami, Florida (I live in Toronto).

So here I am today, March 14th, a month later... and I still haven't had my phone shipped out yet. It's very irritating to pay a $45 cell phone bill and not have a phone because of the incompetence of a few bad employee's.
