I purchased a comnav auto pilot on 1/5/2007 .The company I purchased the unit from went out of business. I called comnav, no problem, fax them the proof of purchase or the receipt. I did and I got a RMA. I shipped the unit back to them and now they tell me it's not under warranty. I paid over $4000.00 to the dealer for a auto pilot installed with a three year warrranty and now they don't want to cover it. What do I do? It seems totaly ilegal to be able to do this. Who protects the consumer or do I have to file a lawsuit and spend more money. It just doesn't feel right. It seems that if you spend that much money, Comnav should honor their warranty.
