Dont bother ordering from this Internet company as you will never see the merchandise. I ordered a DVD set on 11/29 and it all seemed very believable. Got an email confirmation with shipment dates. There was a note that they were in Canada and it took a little longer to get to the US.
When the scheduled arrival date came and went with no package, I checked the tracking and it said no package existed. So I emailed and was told there was a problem with US Customs who had instituted additional paperwork for international orders and it would be going out shortly.
I checked the tracking a week later and it said it was delivered to a city and state that was not mine. I emailed to complain about this and was told it was their error and a new shipment would be sent to me and if I wanted it express mailed to please confirm my address. I replied back with the requested info but received no response.
Now I see there are many complaints on the internet about this company and I will be filing a claim with Visa of the fraudulent charges. I hope they get the guy.
