Bell Mobility ripoff Broken Promises

I am a customer of Bell Mobility canada and I would like to tell a story that shows poor customer service and that I would not trus Bell from a hole in the ground.

My cellular bill was at the amount of 491.00 when i was asked by bell to arrange payment agrrangements in order to gaurantee service. I was told that if I made 150.00 payment by august 17 2007 would gaurantee services until August 24th whe I would be required to make another 178.00 payment and then 178.00 again on sept 7th 2007. I made the 150 payment as required on the 17th and on monday i got a call from Paul Ada or Hada, a manager at Bell Mobility telling me that those payment arragements were a mistake and shold not have been made and that i would have to pay 351 by the friday or my phone would be disconnected. I told him that i did not have more then what was arranged and that i would only be able to pay 178.00 because that was the arrangement bell made woth me as it is recorded in their notes. He then proceeded to cut my phone off and hung up on me. I was dealing with Paul as i had got extreemly unprofessional rude service from a girl named courtney and then he was no better. I called Bell Canada yesterday and said i would pay 178.00 by credit card right now if they would reconnect my pphone and follow the original payment arrangement they made with me. They said they would not accept my payment to reconnect my phon and that i would have to pay full to get reconection.

This is the worst service i have ever recived from a phone company. I tried calling many times to resolve the situation that the reps said because i was dealing with a manager they could not help me and then I was anythig from put on hold to hung up on. I requested an executor call me which was days ago and nothing has happened. Paul should not be a Manager as his skill to please and keep customers happy is non existant and he does not care about anything. They made a deal with me and when I paid they broke thier word..

I would reccomen that you deal with another cell phone company as when you sign your contract you are signing a waiver to be treated like a non customer. I was even told by Paul that had i been a customer longer then I was this situation would have been treated differently for me.. apparantly being a new customer of Bell mobility canada has seinority ranks on how you will be treated..
