I purchased a Viewsat extreme receiver from viewsat Canada. After a couple off weeks later it stop working
So I called costumer service and I was told (by Mike) to send it back for replacement. I was also told that there is a better system with USB connection has arrived and I can get that one instead for $ 70 extra.
I sent my receiver including $ 70 money order back to viewsat (Dave Logan 39 Pinewoods Drive Unit 29, Stoney Creek, ON L8J 3V2). And that was end off it! It has been 7 month since! I sent them e-mails, called them but it seams that I could not get the right person. Now they won't answer my phone calls and they don't answer my emails. That is the costumer service Viewsat Canada provides! If you get their products hope that you dont have to call back for any reasons.
