Dishonest & Illegal Treatment

I have received an SMS on my Mobilicity phone from Mobilicity offering me $100 in credit if I sign up for preauthorized monthly payments. I trusted Mobilicity & spend 1 hour of my valuable time to call 611 & wait for an agent to answer. And for what? Just to hear that my plan is not subject to this promotion. I was mad! Why would they send me an offer that they can't owner? They have all information about me & my plan! Just send it to those whose plan is OK for it. Why would they make me to spend so much time out of my life, my kids on the phone just to hear that they can't stand behind their offer? It's so frustrating! It's not even legal! Mobilicity sent me this offer knowing what plan I currently have & according to Alberta rules, if they did a mistake they have to owner their offer. If they think they can just take 1 hour of customer's life by sending us an offer that they can't stand behind, there must be something that can stop them from doing so! I currently have 2 phones with Mobilicity & now, after such unprofessional & illegal treatment I will look around & switch to other provider, unless someone in Mobilicity actually stands behind the offer they made to me.
