I am US Citizen. We bought mixer from the above said company. The person is a big lyer. I sent my grinder jars for repair by spending 45 US dollars. He told that we will repair and send back to me. After some time he told that he already mailed the stuff but Candian postal people lost it. I asked for the tracking number but he told that he don't have that. Please cancel the license to these kind of bad cusotmer service companies.
Not only my problem you can go and see in the Amazon.com web site under sumeet his bad reputation.
I have the proof (telephone and cell phone bill) I spent nearly 100 dollars to call him. If I left message he don't call me back. If he picks my phone he hangs it. How can I solve this problem?
PLESE KINDLY FIX MY PROBLEM.
