Warranty replacement

Hi,

Sent portable DVD player (TF-DVD7006) back to Coby for warranty replacement in mid to late May 2009 money order for shipping. To this day, Oct. 26, 2009, I have not received the unit. I have been in contact with them many times. They said they shipped it in July, but we never received. Never got a tracking # from them either. They have my e-mail address ([email protected]).

A representative sent me an e-mail about 3 weeks ago saying that they will send a replacement unit in 2 to 3 weeks. Haven't received anything yet. Losing my patience.

Here's the e-mail I received from Amanda Shinkaruk

Mr. Gee,

I received a response from our corporate office. They informed me that your unit was shipped and was received by Canadian post, However; our warehouse will be shipping a new unit via UPS. I do apologize about the inconvenience. Please allow 2-3 business weeks as delivery time
