McRae Arcand Foote & Assoc. are operating illegally and immorally in Canada. They do not possess a business license or a collections license. They have entered my account numerous times. Fortunately, my bank has reversed the PAD and and Ive gotten the funds back. One Occasion the funds were reversed and the same day they tried to withdraw the funds again. I have contacted BC consumer protection and practices agency as well as the local police.
They are committing fraud and are blatantly aware of what they are doing. If you are a victim of this company I would strongly reccommend you file a complaint with The BC Consumer Protection Agency and your local police. So you are aware according to the BC Collections Act, A collections agency must contact you by phone or mail, and if the debt is not paid then collectors can apply to the courts for a claim of debt against you. NOT ENTER YOU ACCOUNTS. If you read this McRae Arcand foote, you have reached the beginning of the end. BEWARE you useless LOAN SHARKS!!
