Tracy Fraser RIPOFF Arrested again and more to come

After months of waiting Gary Fraser currently living in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario has been arrested. He has been charged with over $700K of additional fraud and continues to do the same.

I wonder if anyone has a picture of Gary to post. I think that it would really help out to let people know what this con-artist looks like. I will ask around to see if there is one out there.
