Incompetent manager foils potentially successful company RIPOFF

I use to be a former employee of Christmas Natural Foods (Sales Manager), and I would like to point out several concerns of the practice of this organization.

I would specifically like to to target Marie Revoy, the current General Manager. She is basically incompetant to run this organization, and does not display any sort of professional conduct that can be expected from someone in that position.

On several occasions I have gone to her so that she can make a decision for one of my accounts, and after giving an incorrect direction for me, had immediately placed blame on me, allowing my reputation to be repeatedly tarnished. She also applies these aggressive tactics on fellow employees & customers. I have heard directly from current and ex employees on how she has forced them to work overtime or else she would find a way to "fire" them. She has repeatedly harassed employees for acting on decisions that, she herself has made, allowing for a very stressful environment that has resulted in a very large turnover in the company.

In regards to how customers have been treated, you should investigate the following practices that Marie has put in place.

1. She has changed company policy "on the fly" just to satisfy her own tastes. ie. In one instance she had refused to setup a new account that I had been working on for some time, simply because she had a bad feeling about the company (which had been established for approx. 7 years) and that she was too busy at the time. Because of that decision, I had lost a lot of valuable time that I had put into the account, as well as the dissatisfactory service provided by the company. It eventually leaves the reputation of the company at risk, and also shows how such bad customer service is being provided by the company itself. (even though it solely rests on the responsibilities of the manager in charge)

2. Marie has acted against what you could call normal accounting procedures. She has refused to issue credit for products that customers wanted to return, simply because she did not want to reduce the sales for the current month. She had wanted me to tell the customer that it must of been their fault when they had received the shipment from us, but in actuality, it had been a "packing mistake" that Marie refused to address. The reason this mistake had happenned in the first place was because the new employee had failed to have adequete training. In the end the employee was fired for her mistake (s), even though the employee had repeatedly asked Marie for advice on how to resolve the situation. Also the customer was angered by this incident and decided to take their business elsewhere.

3. Marie has on occassion, "fudged" sales per month figures, resulting in improper financial statements. She has also reduced commission of Sales Reps, by changing accounts currently being serviced under a territory to a "House account" after a sale had been made the Rep.

I truly hope you can see the pattern that is emerging from the information provided, and with a more thorough, detailed observation, you will be able to resolve these issues, as well as any others that you may find.
