Booked this service for a wedding on May 19, 2012. Manager seemed friendly when calling in and ordering. Put a deposit for a 10 person sedan. Supposed to come with red carpet service and bottle of champagne.
The day before was told we would be upgraded to a bigger stretched SUV at no charge - which seemed great at the time, but we didn't know it would come with unknown conditions.
The limo was supposed to pick us up at 8:30am... it was 40min LATE. The driver didn't know where he was going and needed instructions. In my opinion, not acceptable for a limo service - he even had GPS!
The SUV arrived and wasn't clean. The driver didn't provide red carpet service or give us any champagne.
Headed to our second pick-up point ok, but 40 minutes late for everything that was planned - NOT acceptable for a wedding service.
Prior to leaving our 2nd destination, driver asked us to pay him the remaining balance!! I've dealt with a lot of service vendors and the majority I've NEVER seen being asked of payment prior finishing up service.
Had a long and heated discussion with driver, and the manager on the phone and gave half of what was owed just to get the show on the road. The driver also took an imprint of a credit card for "security purposes" all of sudden.
On the way to our final destination, the driver pulled over to a gas station and said the credit card didn't go through!! They were trying to charge us the FULL amount - and this was confirmed later talking to the credit card company.
Had another long and heated discussion with the driver, and the manager on the phone and ended up paying the remaining balance with a small discount for the lateness, again just to get show on the road.
Would NEVER recommend this limo service to anyone for anything. You cannot run a driving service being late.
