Everyone is always so excited when they are planning their wedding. I know my husband and I were and we wanted the best when it came to the "big days "wardrobe, so we thought nothing else but to go to Timpano's for 10 tux's. WELL... it was the WORST mistake that we could have EVER made... the staff including the male owner himself was RUDE and his wife that works there was HORRIBLE. I (the bride) was called two days before our wedding and was told "we're closing early, you're the only wedding we have for the weekend, so you have to arrange for everyone to come tonight at 7pm" I was floored! I said "excuse me, what time does the store open/close" the reply was "11am-7pm, but i'm closing and will open only at 7pm tonight (I received the phone call at 2pm), and you will have to call and arrange for all the men to be there." I was extremely upset, like any bride there are 1000 things on the checklist a day before your wedding, and having to arrange for 10 other men to go at the same time for their tux's I thought was ABSURD! I am always a polite person and very respectful, but I have to say that the owners wife was horrible- when I told her that it is her job to be open 11-7 and her job to arrange the fittings I was called EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN by her. When I went in to talk to the male owner he told me I was lying and that his wife is the nicest person and would never speak to anyone like that. Did I mention the white shirts WEREN'T even CLEAN when we picked them up, NOR were they PRESSED. All the guys spent a fortume for HORRIBLE suits and shoes AND they told us we had to have them back within 24hrs as they were closing for THEIR holidays... I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone- I'd rather order online and take the risk then deal with the horrible individuals that run this company. Good luck to any future grooms- PS their bridal shows are all the same and a waste of time and money, just like their products...
