For your special day never trust Khalid Sarwar the owner of Stars Decoration. He used tobe good and provide semi good service but never puncutal. He has big time attitute and time management issue. I have dealth with him on many occasions but this last time he really broke my trust in him and in his business. I have gaven him and his business many chances. very unprofessional and not delivering as what he promises. He made a commitment that he will do the decore and promised will be there on time... when the day comes he himself was never there... started a fight over the phone with my coordinator... he sent some family member todo the decore... he charged $3000.00 to set up head table which will be the focal point of our reception. His so called worker used different colour of fabric... made the stage very small... forgot to bring the table and pieces of furniture for the head table... came very short on the fabric... I almost had a heart attack looking at my head table for the amount of money he charged. I have provided khalid sarwar with sample of the colour and a sample of the head table... he failed to provide as said in the contract. he promised napkins, 2 days before the wedding he claimed he never wrote it in the contract and he will not provide it unless we give him $50.00 extra for dry cleaning... the deposite was giving on time right on the spot as per his request and 2 days before the wedding he demanded for the remainder which was delievered to him. He himself was invited to the wedding since he wanted to but due to his big time screwed up he didn't show. Please even if you decide to use his slopy service, keep in mind not to give him the full balance before. he will give you million excuses. he has other business aside where his decore business seems not tobe his priority. with this kind of service he will loose his business in few years. Stars decoration (khalid Sarwar) disapointed us very much for the amount of money he charged and the quality of flower he provided and the attitude and misleading info he has gaven us. thank god i got to my hall early to check every thing i never saw him there. DO NOT TRUST KHALID SARWAR. HE WILL BUTTER YOU VERY WELL AT FIRST. please shop around before even calling STARS DECORATION because he will insult and upset you. DO NOT TRUST HIM.
