The owner and operator ROSE LISI lied to us about EVERYTHING. First she was honoring a contract from Elegant Occasions which she was partners in. The partners split but instead she told us that her partner left because she got CANCER. Only a week before the wedding she tells us that her partner doesn't have cancer but she left because they no longer get along and that she is honoring the contracts without her former partner's knowledge. We were stuck so we continued with her service, big mistake. FYI, she now operates under Decor Options Inc.
She did not deliver linens to the hall on time, the backdrop and head table were decorated completely different from what was discussed and agreed to. We met several times to review the decor layout before the wedding and she messed up on everything. She excluded crystals from our decorations and insisted that we agreed to it and that we agreed to let her make the final "artistic" decisions. On top of that she provided table clothes of varying sizes so some hit the floor and others didn't. All linens were wrinkled and badly worn. The charger plates were all stained and dirty from a previous event. Half of the decor was put up so late that we had to keep guests waiting 1 hour outside until it was up (but still not exactly how we agreed). Her workers on site would not answer questions as they claimed to not know anything and she refused to answer her telephone as we called it many, many times throughout the day and night. We finally got a hold of her 2 days later and she claimed that the Event Center must have stolen her decor after she put it up, and then she blamed our wedding coordinator, and then our florist. This person CANNOT be trusted and should be avoided at all costs. It is a shame that people like this are allowed to scam others and they do not take responsibility for their errors and insanity. After this encounter I am sure that God has matched this person's exterior features with her interior personality (horrible on both ends).
STAY AWAY from ROSE LISI if you want to be happy on your wedding day.
