Failed to complete work causing major damage. threatened physical harm when I made it clear I would not recommend them to anyone

After attempting to repair a hot tub in extreme cold weather the service man forgot to turn power back on causing the tub to completely freeze. When contacted the following day he claimed we threw him off the property for some unknown reason and therefore he was not responsible for damages. I put signage on my vehicle stating I would not recommend the company and that resulted in threats to do me physical harm. I am now taking them to court and they have responded by putting in an insurance claim
