Hydropool Hydropool Industries ripoff, dishonest, irresponsible, down payment

I purchases a jacuzzi in EXPOOCIO Madrid on March 2006.
I was told the product was going to be delivered in 2 months.

4 months have passed by and I haven't gotten the product at all.

They have not contacted me at all and it seems they flew away with my money (more than 6, 000 dollars). After collaing several times, supposedly they said they will supply the unit in September 2006, but watching previous reports on this regards I fear I am another victim of a ripoff by this canadian company.

They sell nice stuff in showrooms, shows & fairs and catalogs, but the sad truth is that they do not deliver on their promises and service wise the quality goes below third world standards.
