I still don't know if Ms. Ragno is a con or a terrible business woman. I dealt with her last summer. She lied to me about the price a manufacturer was costing out an item adding another $1000 to the goods. We had a deal that I would pay cost only. When I happened to meet the manufacturer direct, I learned of the lie. I paid for a number of goods upfront. Many smaller ones I received. All the while she pressed me for more money to get the remaining items.
I finally conceeded and wrote a cheque because 30 days had turned into 5 months and I was desperate to finish the room. As soon as she had my cheque, I never heard from her again. Calls unanswered.
Excuses excuses. I would not do business with her again. Butter would melt in her mouth - she is so charming. If I heard "relax, honey, everything is going to be fine by next week" one more time I'll scream. From what I read about her on the net, I sure won't do business with her again.
