I purchased a new home from Greenbuilt homes who is a relatively new builder, although they were affiliated with another builder in the area who I thought was reputable, the home came with the standard one year builders warranty. When it came to my final walk through/inspection and the repairs to be done. Is when the trouble started. The painters had came into the house, sanded and mudded all the areas that had cracked and that had needed repairs. They moved my furniture although neglected to cover anything. The house was left a complete mess and when I spoke to the owner of Greenbuilt homes and asked him if this is how all the houses were left after their contractors were in a home and told him that it was going to take me 3 days to clean up the mess he replied with "Well it would have taken 5 for you to paint it". This is the owner of a new business, someone who should take pride in there reputation as a reputable builder. I would never again buy another house from Greenbuilt homes or any company that they are affiliated with including Pipestone Builders or Canadiana Homes.
