Charged for product I never received

Purchased a power point program on 11-6-12. Was sent a faulty link, product never downloaded. Company wanted access to my computer. I refused and asked for a refund. This was refused because I wouldn't give computer access. Spoke to a Preston Somerall. He was rude, accused me of piracy and continued to berate me until I hung up. He then left a voice message saying if I would call back, perhaps he could grant a partial refund. I called back and it was a continuation of the first call. I hung up again. He called and left another voice message saying if I would call back and tell him who I voted for, perhaps he could arrange a refund. I did not return the call. I have notified Microsoft corporate, the Arizona Attorney general, Amazon.com (where the Complete Software link was sponsored) and my bank. Since I have found other people who have had the same experience with the same company I would hope that something could be done, in the way of an investigation. They should have enough pressure put upon them to do business in a professional manner or be forced to close.
