Worst tech support ever. Spent over 40 hours trying to fix my brand new xps desktop. They hung up on me 6 times now, 2 tech visits to my house, 1 new hard drive, 1 new motherboard and 1 useless customer care call. Customer care admitted they can't do anything except transfer me to tech support. The old dells and north american support was great, but it is all out of India now and they couldnt fucking care less once they have your money.
