The casher at the Islington Avenue was rude and inconsiderate. There was two line and unfortunately they both had problems cashing the customers, one on the phone and then the customer in front of my was having trouble with her sears card, the casher call the card centre and she was taking more than 30 minutes while the line was long. A third casher came in and all the people behind when to her, when we asked if they was anything that could be done because we were they so long she said, no. I wanted to go in the next line but the casher said we can’t skip anyone and refuse to call us although we were standing they for so long. There customer service there is really horrible, I would recommend that when they start to close down sears in Canada that this store should be on the list.

I call to make a complaint I was told to contact the Store supervisor, well I am going to call Mr. John and hear what he have to say.
