This is the pathetic ever service that i have received from my online shopping. First my order took a month to arrive when you guys had on your page that the item will take only 10 to max 15 days. Second you sent the parcel as express shipping and charged the costs to me. It was bharat plaza's fault if my order wasnt shipped on time not mine. Bharat plaza should pay for these chargers to the courier company not me. I had paid shipping for it.
And what makes me more mad is that I had paid stitching chargers for the blouse and my blouse came stitched twice the size as my measurements were given. A free size blouse was sent with my order i wasnt customized whereas I had paid extra to get that done. If you cant provide satisfactory service to your customers than stop telling us false information about your services.
I need my money back for the stitching of my blouse that I have paid and also I am never going to shop from your site ever. This is the most BS online shopping site I have gone through.
