Read this before you buy from Ride & Drive Auto .inc Ahmed Elkafameh AKA Sam
My sister lives and is a student in Essex Ontario I’m in Toronto. Without friends and family she needed help buying a car, I found a dealership Ride and Drive Auto good Muslim guy Ahmed Elkafameh aka Sam in her city. After visiting him she was flabbergasted she found the best dealer so honest and she found a 2001 Chrysler (we will keep the model info secret for her protection) that she like for $2000 down and total of $5000 and Ahmed Elkafameh AKA Sam even referred his buddy for insurance company. She never missed a payment or bugged him about any kind of repair or anything. 3 month prior to the car being paid off, my sister was offered better auto insurance rate and canceled her insurance with the company Ahmed Elkafameh AKA Sam referred her and switched she was told by the new insurance company to fax him all the new insurance company info and she did. 2 days later while my sister was at work Ahmed Elkafameh AKA Sam went to underground parking of her job and towed the car. His buddy had called him and told him my sister had canceled her insurance. Without calling my sister to confirm he took the car. My sister took all her insurance company papers there and she even put her insurance brokers on the phone but Ahmed Elkafameh AKA Sam kept laughing and saying this could be fake papers or this could be you friend on the phone not your insurance brokers. Ahmed Elkafameh aka Sam told her if you want your car pay off you remaining month in total $450 and take your car when she tried to pay him he slapped a $1050.00 charge for his inconvenience of towing the car, processing fee administration. She said that’s not fair he said that’s how it works pay it or I’m selling the car, she said she has to talk to people to see if this is fair, he said no problem each day the car is here that’s $50 storage fee. When I called him to see why he would treat her like that he said come here in person and well talk, I told him in Toronto and he kept telling me like a 3 year old that I was a “fatt chicken” lol I know I know I thought I was fighting with my kid. This is a really nice guy gone bad somehow is it hard times? The recession? Or was it something ales I don’t know I just don’t want anyone ales hurt like my sister was.
Do not do business with guy. I am taking action with matter if there are more people ripped off by this guy please respond so we can file a report or have him investigated.
