Non existant after sales service

I purchased a new f-150 truck from Advantage Ford on the 25th June this year and recycled my old truck through Fords recycle your ride scheme, I was told by the sales rep Cam Peters that it would take four weeks to get $3000 back from Ford, I have still not recieved the cheque [6 Months], I contacted Ford customer relations and they informed me that the sales manager at Advantage Ford had filled in the application with the wrong code, I have tried to contact both Cam Peters and the sales manager as have Ford customer relations but we have both had no reply. The sales manager simply has to fill out and fax a new application form with the correct sales code for Fords to process my claim, it seems that as soon as you drive your new truck away from the forecourt they want nothing to do with you.
