We work night shift in the vicinity of Macdonald restaurant in 3912 macleod trail SE & every morning we have breakfast in this place & we noticed that the workers here seems they look all asians cause when they take orders they seems dont have good manners in greeting customers, dont know how to say thank you, please etc., having difficulty understanding english when you order something & if you have complaints they seems having difficulty acknowledging mistakes & they even argue with customers & instead they're insisting its not their mistakes. One example I've encounered was I ordered breakfast meal & the the worker asked me what do i want for my cofee & I said double-double meaning 2 sugar & 2 milk in a coffee so when I got the breakfast meal I went out straight to my car on the way to work while on my half way to work I sipped into my coffee & noticed theres no sugar & milk in my coffee so instead of going back I bought another coffee from another restaurant, this happened to me a couple of times, & another thing they said its free coffee in the morning but whenever you order something they charged you for the coffee. I suggest they should hire a qualified supervisor to supervise & train these asian workers good manners & right conduct on how to deal with customers.
