Nissan Canada - 2005 Nissan Exterra
Terrible customer service!

I recently leased a 2005 Nissan Exterra in 2005 and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle and the previous service center I took it to. I leased the vehicle instead of buying it for my business with great intentions of buying it out because in the end total I will pay after 4 years will be 45, 000 or so. I would not return it after my lease after shelling out that money. My problem now is that the first two weeks I got it my stereo was shorting out after an hour or so on a highway trip so they replaced it but still no change. They told me if they cant duplicate the problem it cant be fixed so it hasn't been. I was told this by the service center and Nissan Canada. Nissan Canada is worthless all they say is it will all be documented... and they do nothing. Than problems with my hood not closing and my belt system and my leaky transfer case, squeaky of balance window, and and and... Than I noticed these spots on my hood like rusting cracking under the clearcoat and he tells me its stone chips or someone spilt acid on. WHATEVER good excuse. I just believe the car is a total lemon. Now as we speak I just got it back from replacing the transfer case now it's back in again for rattling I hear in the air conditioner or engine and when I drive it after they replaced the belt system feels like I am driving in 4 high. Sounds great matched my stereo system that shorts out when it heats up but as they say all in my head. I am disgusted with Nissan Canada for selling there vehicles and taking no responsible for them explaining to take it to the service place and they will fix it. Do they really think people want to purchase a brand new vehicle for 50, 000 and have it in the shop more than they drive it. My mother has a old Gr Am that has that gives her no problems. And lastly, as much as my vehicle is in the shop I get no vehicle to use while its in there but I was told we will pay half of your rental. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT!! so for four days its in there shop fixing there garbage they sold to me I have to pay $ 75 for a rental... Only one thing I can say nice the dealership I take it into now has been helpful even though its not there vehicle. I blame Nissan Canada for not taking any matters into their hands thank goodness when I leased the vehicle i didn't take the special gift the dealership offered if i gave them a good customer service review... My family and I will never purchase a Nissan vehicle again.
