I received a FINAL NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED WINNING letter from the office of Venessa Robert (Vice President Finance) Standard Trust Bank. It said I won $250, 000 and included a check for $4, 920 to pay through Money Gram at Walmart for the tax amount of $3, 980 on the winnings. It said to contact Ron Clark at 1-647-833-5406 but no one ever answered and the machine was too full to record new messages.
