Bates Garage
, Garage Bates, Left deposit to purchase a vehicle, then changed terms of the sale & refused tgo give refund

I went to this Garage when I saw they had a diesel Pick-Up for sale. We negotiated a fair price for the vehicle, and then I left a deposit of $200 for the truck.

Then on another day, Mr. Bates told me that the truck needs a new fuel tank and that would cost extra. He made no mention of that when we fist talked.

I then said that I wanted my deposit back, he told me to go to hell. And then one of his employees (it may have been his son, but I'm not sure) threatened me and told me to leave.

He refused to give me my money back.
