My fiance ordered some seats and harnesses for Xmas on 12-3-08. Pam called and said out of stock and we asked for a refund. A month passes and no refund so we called and she said if we would like that she would let us upgrade from $250 pair of seats to $400 pair of seats so we picked out some leather buckets. Another month or so?? goes by and then we get the origional seats in. I think in feb or march only 3 or 4 months later she wonders why I didn't want those and the harnesses are still out of stock?? So after a dozen phone calls she says she would send the harnesses and refund me the price for one. So I accept just tring to put an end to the headaches. well hear I am its August and still no harnesses and I still get a line of bull every time I call She knows my name by my voice I have all the records of phone calls 40 to be exact, except the recept from them but it cost me $436.23 for a pair of $250 seats $186.23 the shipping was supposed to be free?
