I purchased door hinges that were falsly advertised - I recieved a product that was not made to fit my truck, however the company told me it was what I needed. After getting the hinges and the shop that was going to install them said it was impossible to install them because the hinges were not made to fit my truck - I returned them and Exotic Doors .com will not reimburse me. I paid more than $800.00 for the product and they are tryin to tell me that I passed the 7 day return policy for reimbursment. I told them this discalimer only applies in the event they send me the product I ordered - I am not asking for a refund because i just changed my mind, they sent me the wrong product and misrepresented what they ssaid they were sending. They took the product back but they will not return my money. Now I do not have the product or the money. They have told me about six times the check is in the mail or that they will refund me through Pay Pal and I still have not received a dime back so in essence they have stolen from me. They will not answer the phone when I try to call, they will no longer respond to e-mails and I have contacted the Canada Better Business Bureau and they will not respond to them either. They are theifs. I would not recommed this company to anyone and know they will send you something different than what they tell you and then keep your money!
