I bought a 2004 kia rio 2 weeks ago, with in these 2 weeks the car has caused me many problems. I brought the car in and told the sales manager Mr. David Corrigal I was not happy and wanted a better more reliable car. I do have warrenty which will cover the cost of fixing the car, however my consern to the sales manager was I need something hassel free.
The man then talked very rudley to me like I was a child and not a paying customer, He talked me into bringing it in next week to fix all issues. I also have an injury from a metal peice sticking out of the seat, This is from a missing arm rest that they want to charge me 150.00$ to get a new one. I highly recommend anyone wishing to buy a car from this dealership to make sure thay have warrenty and all parts for vehical on the car. I feel I might be into a stressful few years while I am paying this car off.
