I was in a car accident on a Sunday and I called my car insurance company right away.By Wed. I had not heard from them so I called. I was told I had just been assigned to an adjuster, I would hear from her tomorrow.
2 days later I called b/c I had not heard fom her, I was told I had JUST been assigned to an adjuster. The same thing that I was told 2 days earlier. Then they told me (over a week later the claim was never actually filed)
It is now a month later and after several calls, and emails I still have never heard from my adjuster, or anyone at the company. The rental car company has tried several times to get in touch with them, getting no where as well. Even the company where my car is getting fixed has only heard from them once (only after my car sat there untouched for over a week)
Terrible customer service!!! NO RESPECT for their customers - do not buy insurance here, it may be a little bit cheaper, but no amount of money is worth this pathetic treatment!!
