Doug Shorman, Granville Toyota's General Manager is a very arrogant man who doesn't care to sell a car. I had the experience with challenging credit, that was not impossible, but he chose to not take the deal. He phrased it "I have only so many cars to sell and I can sell it to someone else." I bought my new 2012 Prius at Jim Pattison Toyota. They took the time and made the effort to see that I got the car I wanted.
