They lost my bag in february 2012 on trip to mexico
service in destination to assist me was limited to a $50 per day allowance
they have not given me any compensation at all for the lost bag
their customer service rarely answers phone and if you leave message they never call back
they continue to ask for more and more information to simple wear down the passenger
sunwing is the WORST airline in the world
i take a vacation every year and will NEVER fly with them again
they lost my bag and contents valued at about $2, 500 and have not given me a penny in compensatin
