Ready Honda dealership in Mississauga is the worst Honda dealer for selling new and servicing. I had my car serviced from them since 02 and noted they are expensive but had no problem after service. Recently, they transformed to huge outlet and to cover expenses started ripping off consumers by over charging and unwanted services. I took my car for oil change and they called me for replacement of Suspension at front as rep told me its torn you have to replace. when asked how much he said 359.00 they called again and said we need to service brakes also for all those service I paid $650.00 however very next day found that car is in worst shape. Before service there was no noise from brakes and front ends now it started weird noise, on my complaint I got the appointment of two weeks later. I talked to the service Manager Don who test drove and agreed that let us service again. They told me that by mistake there was something kept lose in the brake brackets now its fixed. Next week same problem recurs I called them and they scheduled test drive after 2 weeks and told me there is nothing wrong it is all because of the after market brakes pad? that brake pads was there since 3 years now after their magic touch I had no option but to live with faulty brakes and noisy car.

Frustrated by their service I ended up to New car showroom where Manager Mathew Lied to me big time and showed plain peice of paper as invoice price from Honda canada. I will warn all not to get any car from Ready honda as they are liars and totally not worth to trust for service as well.
