July 2nd at 11am - Ashley, an employee, became verbally aggravated with my sister who had been returning a defective air conditioner. She began egging my sister on and yelling at her. Her manager, Nicholas, did not do anything about his employees misbehaviour. Ashley (the employee) has short blond hair, looks to be in her 20's, and is very unprofessional. I cannot believe what she said to my sister, a customer who was already upset because she had been falsely informed about a policy and bought a 400$ air conditioner that was defective. She was unable to get her money back. They gave her the same air conditioner, and this one was scratched and stained! It is absolutely ridiculous that my sister (a college student) has to put up with this. They also refused to give us the phone number we need to make a complaint
