If you consider to join snapDollars, read my post: It took me so many years with snapDollars to finally got my first redeem $53. 26 only. I followed their redeem procedures properly with correct mailing address. The redeem date was May 21, 2012. 5 months passed by, but I have never received their check. Their support Sam kept telling me the check has been sent. [email protected] emailed me in Sept 19 and told me he will check this issue. They ignore all my email inquires after Sept 19. There is no real person answering the phone calls to their published phone# 1-(866) 760-7627 at business hours for all their extensions. I have filed a complain to BBB. I will not stop to deal with this.
