I went to these guys in hopes of finding a job instead I got a long lecture about why I can't do particular jobs that the average high school kids are doing. I was quite excited about someone actually helping you find a job went and bought a suit and new shoes to be my best professional face upfront. I drove to there down town location an hour early and parked my car in zone that only allows parking until 6 I figured it wouldn't take that long to finish everything up, boy was I ever wrong. I was greeted by a lady that seemed robotic in her communication and had judged before I even got to speak from the way she simply was making eye contact and body language. I filled a whole bunch of papers to begin the process of employment which I gave to her and this was further followed by number of questions that seem to be the standard norm in every hiring agency these days. She pulled up my resume as I sat there staring at her behavior everything she was doing speaking to her colleague across the room to her cleavage showing every time she went down simply wanted me to get up and leave as I knew at that point I was stuck with someone that had no clue about helping people. I continued to be hopeful trying to find something that will tell me otherwise I stayed for the next 4 hours doing online courses that show my skills and abilities in various areas mostly computers and typing. I had already spent 4 hours and then I realized that it is past six o'clock at this point I dropped everything to go check on my car where I happen to find a beautiful parking ticket placed perfectly on my wind shield for 50 dollars. I starred at the ticket sadly but, continued to be hopeful and went back in the building trying to keep a big smile on my face pretending everything was just peachy. I finally finished the computer training portion of the hiring process and this was followed by someone telling me what kind of jobs I might be suitable for. Trying to keeps a straight face not focusing on her cleavage I told her I just graduated and I am looking for an entry level position that will allow me to grow with a company. She quickly communicated with me that this simply will not happen because I seem to not have the direct experience to get an entry level position. I had this gut wrenching pain in my stomach I was ready to her to go "fuck herself" she did a quick search and found me a job that pays 11 dollars an hour with a with four years of university vast computer training and tons of other experiences she has the audacity to tell me something like that. To put things in perspective she decides she had the need to share her background with me which I didn't care for period. Telling me how hard she had to work to get this job with masters in whatever. While sitting there and listening to this unprofessional bimbo as I would call her the rest of her workers were discussing people’s portfolios with clients waiting and listening to these idiots. I have so much to say about these people that I could probably write a whole book discussing how unprofessional and idiotic place Ranstad is. I advise everyone please do go anywhere else any other agency before going here. I had nothing against these people but when they make a nice guy like me hate them I wonder how many other people out there who have families and are looking for job and need the helping hand are put through loops. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee do your research before going to this place it is waste of time and noting comes out of it unless ur one of their relatives on the inside.
