The person who took my order couldn't explain to me what the special was. I ordered two double legs, a baked potato, and rice. After 25 minutes of ordering, I finally received my food. At this point I was starving and wanted to eat part of my take-out order. When I opened the box in the restaurant, I noticed that the chicken looked like it was already eaten. I then checked the potato and it was hard as a rock.
The staff seemed unimpressed that I complained and they told me they would fix it. I waited over 30 minutes for them to fix my order - total wait time 55 minutes.
I've been a very loyal customer of Nandos ever since this first corporate restaurant opened in Richmond. I'm at the point where I don't know if I ever want to come back. The portions get smaller every time and the service is terrible.
Nandos should seriously revamp their process.
