One of our group found some pasta in his mussels
When he complained to the server, she was very apologetic... and brought out the manager.
The manager made it sound like it was our fault...
All we wanted was an apology - and maybe an offer for a coffee on them.
We were not looking to mooch a free meal.
We received attitude instead.
A letter to the owner went unanswered.
So did an email.
Guys you lost a patron.
Too bad we enjoyed the place - especially the one in Ville St Laurent.
