Viv3 / Viv3 Labs is definitely a scam. I ordered two free trials from them and cancelled both via email ([email protected]) well before the 15 day trial period was up and yet they activated my subscription and charged my credit card. On top of that, they kept adding products that I had never ordered to my account. In my email exchange with them it soon became clear that they were not acting in good faith, so I contacted my credit card company and the charge was reversed. One of the evasive techniques Viv3 used was not to include the text of my emails when they responded. It did not take long for the credit card company to address the matter once they had copies of the emails. Viv3 should not be allowed to remain in business.
