American Express is the worst credit card company that i ever had used in
my life.
Reasons? :
1- overlimit fees which none of the other credit card companies such as VISA and Master Card have those fees. Sometimes you dont pay attention on how much your balance is and you go over your limit by few hundred dollars and they charge you almost $30 for over your limit.
2- worst customer service representetives: Customer service reps. at Amex are not nice, polite, kind and they always talk to you in a way that they do you a huge faviour by talking to you on the phone and the most important thing is that their answer to all your questions are " NO ITS NOT POSSIBLE" " NO WE CAN NOT DO THAT AT THIS TIME" and...
3- Funny matter is that 10 our of 15 times you call them to ask to do something or make changes to your account, They always tell you that the system is currently down or their system is getting updated.
Personally its my second time that im cancelling my credit card account with them.
I this there are more experience credit card companies such as VISA and MASTERCARD out their which they kindly and happly give you better service then AMEX.
