I copied the complain of Bryon Duncan because exactly the same thing was happened to me.
I went on line to see about getting a small business government grant for an ideal I wanted to market. I found onlinedollarstream.com through small business government funding, I agreed to pay the $1.95 for shipping of the kit. They had an online service to try, There was no mention of paying extra or cancelling the service on the main website within 24 hours. When I tried to access the 2nd website with the user Id. code and password a screen came up asking if I wanted them to remember the password I clicked on no, after that I was unable to gain access to the 2nd website, I figured I would wait until I received the kit so I clicked out of the website, not knowing that I had 24 hours to cancel it or My account would be charged. If I would of known this I would have cancelled it immediately. When I checked my bank account I noticed that there was a charge pending of $57.61. I called immediately to the phone # that was given and talked to a lady and cancelled it, I told her that I wanted my money back, she gave me a website to go to where I needed to go to get a refund, the website is [email protected] and she gave me a cancellation # 2520415. If my money is still in my account I want it to stay there, if not I WANT IT BACK!!! My user ID.# at onlinedollarstream.com is user424082.
