It was back in the 2005 or 2006, I cannot recall the exact day but we started using this company for long distance calling. But we didn't really need it later, so we cancelled the service in the same year. And timestelcom sent us a mail saying we have a bill of $5 something and then later we received another mail of saying we are oweing $8. But that time we have already cancelled our service, so we did not know why they still sent us mails regarding this issue. Later, my mother didn't want to receive no more mails from timestelecom, so we decided to put $10 for the bill. What happened here is, we paid more than we should have but til now, 2011, August 27, still calling us saying we have not paid our overdue/ balance or whatever! And I don't know if that is the collection agencies or times telecom staff was asking us for proof. But, who would keep mails or receipts from 6 years til now? We have moved from place to place, so we threw out a lot of stuff. This company is ridiculous.
