I called in April 2016 to see when my last payment was due because I knew it should be soon. I was told the last payment was in April and I would owe a small balance but that the regular payment could not come out again because I only owed the small amount. I was delighted. However in May another entire payment came out. I called and was told that they never could have told me the last payment was in April because May was the last payment and I still owed $48. I did say I would come in on Friday and pay that but I forgot, I admit that. In June another $230 was taken from my account. Note I owe them $48. I called and the manager said look you agreed to come in and pay the other $48 and you didn't so we took another payment. I am highly upset. There is a huge difference between $48 and $230. He said I would be mailed back the difference in 10 days. He agreed I only owe the $48 but too bad they took the $230 and I'll get it back in 10 days plus the time to put it in the mail and for it to go through the mail. As far as I'm concerned they have stolen $182 of my money and I think that's criminal for a business to operate that way.
