My husband and I were told that we qulified for 10, 000 loan with premier financial group. They then told us that we had to secure the loan with an insurance company since we had no co signer and no collateral. We then recieved our "legal" documents explaining how much the loan was for how long we would have to pay it back and all that. After recieving the paper work (they really know how to make it look legal) we sent them 650.00 (to insure the loan) via western union to a david lewis. The loan was to be transferred into our bank account in 2-3 buisness days.
After 4 days we still had not recieved our money as promised we called premier financial back and was told that our account had been turned over to a man called johnson carver who worked for stratus insurance company. johnson carver told us that the insurance agency backed out of the deal at the last minute but that he had found another agency who was going to insure our loan but they needed another 800.00 and it was a 100% done deal and that the money would be in our account before the bank closed that day. So needing the loan badly we borrowed the 800.00 to send to stratus insurance company.
Three more days went by and we never recieved our loan all the while we got all different excuses from johnson carver as to why we hadn't recieved our loan. When he ran out of excuses he told us we needed to pay border taxes on the loan money and it would be 500.00. We told him we didn't have 500.00 and that we wanted a refund on the money we sent. He told us that was fine but it would take 30 days to get the refund.
johnson carver has told us we would be recieving our refund no later than July 5 but i'm not holding my breath!! I have called him every day 1-876-435-1006 since this scam began 5/30/2007 just to make his life as bad as i can make it (makes me feel better) I have asked to talk to someone besides johnson carver numerous times but never has happened. Please Please Do Not Send money to any of these companies or people!!! It is a scam Big Time!!! I'm sure i will never get any of my money back but maybe i can stop it from happening to someone else!!!
