Ripoff, promised credit card, stole $200.00... BEWARE

Promised a credit card with a $2500 limit would be mailed to me, instead I recieved a membership packet. They took $200.00 out of my account and said that I could simply get a cash advance in 1-2 weeks when I recieved my card... THERE IS NO CARD! She even told me that I was dealing directly with VISA and NEVER mentioned that their company name was "Capital Resources". BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE
