Mr. Ken Thompson contacted us as per a request from our broker. He stated that he could do a large commercial loan based on equity financing but he needed $7, 500 up front money for an appraisal. He is not a qualified appraiser, nor an investor, nor a mortgage broker. Naturally, he didn't do anything that he said he would but robbed a senior of his money. He is a real estate broker and should have his license revoked due to misconduct and ethics. Others having similar stories, should report it directly to RECO (real estate board). Let us stop this fraudulant person from robbing anybody else!
